(1) Every citizen has the right to take part in public affairs. This right includes: (a) The right to form political parties and to participate in the activities of political parties;; and (b) The right to be elected for any position within a political party.
(2) Every citizen who fulfills the criteria stated in the law has the right to elect and to be elected.
(3) The rights stated in Paragraph
(1) and
(2) shall be exercised in accordance with this Constitution and a law enacted by the Federal Parliament.
